What's a Beadist???
I'm so glad you asked. It's anyone who makes beads, strings beads,
collects beads, or just loves beads. We are artists who love beads. We find ways of bringing beads into most areas of our lives. Few things in a Beadist's world are unembellished.
For me, beads are how I make my living and also how I give back to the world.
When do new beads come up?
Often! Usually once a week. Usually Mondays. If you're on my mailing list, you'll get a notice whenever I post new beads!
Can I special order a bead?
Please believe me when I say this... I do not do custom orders. I've learned the hard way that it doesn't work for me, so please don't ask, because it makes me feel terrible to say no. As a dear friend said to me, "You're an artist, not a catalog".
What's your phone number?
I don't post it on my website. If you need to call me for some reason, send me an email first,
and I'll send you my number. I don't much like to talk on the phone, and I find email to be much more efficient.Can I shop by phone?
No. My BeadShop has a very easy to use shopping cart that accepts PayPal, with or without a PayPal account.
How much is shipping?
Usually $3 in the U.S. $4 Everywhere else. I include USPS Delivery Confirmation in the U.S.
What's your return policy?
Please read the descriptions carefully, and ask questions if you need to, so you'll know what you're buying. If you're not happy with your beads for some reason, you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. Just drop me an email within the 7 day return period, and I'll send you my mailing address. I do not cover shipping on returns. Customized items are not returnable.
Do you wholesale?
No I don't, but thanks for asking.
Do you teach?
I don't, but the ISGB Forum is a good source of information on classes and instructors.
